Plan Design Experience. At the core if it all is change, and I've made a career of facilitating change. With a degree in interior design I continually apply the design process to all of my projects and processes. It has proven valuable in my work as an interior designer, a project manager in higher education and my work in economic development and supporting entrepreneurs and start-up businesses.

Technique

By actively listening and asking strategic questions, I work with my clients to establish a Plan, specifically Designed for their unique situation, from which they will Experience meaningful outcomes. My goal is to help clients realize their full potential by offering coaching and consulting services as well as tools and resources through the PDE product line.
